Redis: What, Why, How

I’ve received a very positive feedback after the Elasticsearch presentation, available here. It’s been almost exactly a year, since I published it. Recently, I’ve been exploring a different type of data store, that’s all the rage at the moment – Redis. Pleasantly surprised by the rich feature set compared to Memcached and developer-friendly usability, I’ve put together a high-level overview presentation of what it is, why use it and how it works in a nutshell. I hope the presentation provokes your interest and nudges you to read more on the system in their official documentation. Enjoy!

Update (24/01/2021): I’ve started making YouTube videos, alongside blogging. So here’s the one of me giving the presentation. Don’t forget to give a thumbs up if you find it useful!

If you want to share the presentation, share this post.
